But it’s not just about the environment, organic foods use fewer pesticides, maintain high standards of animal welfare and a free from artificial colours and preservatives making us healthier in ourselves.

Organic UK is inviting us to #WakeUpToOrganic with a free organic mini breakfast on Wednesday 12 June 2019 from independent businesses in East London (the campaign is national and across London). Breakfasts will vary from venue to venue but can include such delights as courgette muffins and tofu scramble (pictured, above).
