On a roll

The logo of this website owes its existence to Angie Muldowney who launched PaperPaper in 2013. A graphic designer by day, with ‘creativity to spare’ after work she began designing and selling art prints in her free time. Her style evolved into working on prints that were either personalised or based on mapping or locations and it was the latter that caught the attention of online gift store Notonthehighstreet.com. Within a year Angie started selling her work there and her prints were a perfect match with their customer’s tastes: “What started as a part-time passion has now evolved into a thriving enterprise with a team of amazing people to help with the running of the business whilst I get on with creating new concepts and designs - my favourite part of the process".

What she fondly refers to as her ‘county love’ prints have always been popular, especially for locations with a strong sense of identity with Yorkshire, Essex and Cornwall the biggest sellers. Once I discovered her 'I Love Essex’ print I asked her to design something for this site and she created a version which instantly appealed. For more designs visit Angie’s new website.
